Jadyn Maria is the new kid in town, and you should really bring her a house-warming present. She’s a Puerto Rican chick, the one you’ve heard on the song “Good Girls Love Bad Boys”, featuring rapper Flo Rida.

She grew up as the daughter of a preacher, but at one point, she felt athat it was necessary to stir herself in arenas other than gospel music:

“At one point, it felt like it was time for me to do something a little bit different. I have no regrets. I feel like everything happened for a reason and you learn from everything in life. I have no regrets there. I grew a lot. I’m grateful for the time I was given. At the time, I was like, “Oh my gosh, why isn’t it happening?” Now, in retrospect, I am a much stronger person. I live life a little bit more. You know what? Today, I’m still in the beginning stages. That’s what’s crazy.
